The Survivor’s Resume Workshop: Turning Survival Into Strength

Registration Closed

This workshop is being offered online to 10 women in honor of Domestic Violence Awareness Month.

When you’ve lived through domestic violence, it can feel like all that remains is the pain, the scars, or the silence. But hidden beneath it all is something powerful: the strengths you’ve been building all along.

The Survivor’s Resume Workshop is designed to help you uncover those hidden skills—resilience, courage, creativity, problem-solving—that carried you through and can now move you forward.

Together in this workshop, we will:

  • Explore the “hidden resume” of survival and how it shapes who you are today
  • Write through the SHAME cluster to release what no longer serves you
  • Reframe painful chapters as proof of your resilience and growth
  • Share (if you choose) in a safe, supportive space
  • Walk away with tools you can use daily in healing and thriving

This isn’t about erasing your story—it’s about reclaiming it. It’s about loosening the grip of shame and stepping into your power with a fresh perspective.

Free* Workshop Open to 10 Women Only. 10:00-12:30 MST, October 18, 2025

If you’re just joining me: I’m a survivor of complex trauma and am on my healing journey. I share openly and candidly of my experiences with child abuse, neglect, sexual assault, teen pregnancy (and teen marriage), domestic violence, and all the complicated living that comes with it, alongside the beauty that is life. This whole blog comes with a TRIGGER WARNING. Almost everything I share is pretty much stream of consciousness writing. I am not a doctor or counselor (but I am a trauma informed coach and advocate). What’s with the tiara? Watch This!
