    I am a God-loving wife of 1 (I'm all New Testament like that), mom of 3+, and a full-time student, writer, and photographer. I live my life in Colorado, surrounded by love and smiles and family and friends - and cameras and books.

    The purpose of my blog is to celebrate life - mine and yours. Obviously it focuses on mine and those around me, but I hope that in sharing my life (through words and pictures), you will be moved or inspired or just want to laugh.

The vacation that wasn’t (Part I)

The plan was big: Utah, Arizona, Nevada, California. The Grand Canyon, Route 66, Hoover Dam, Vegas, the beach, and lots of camping and sights in-between. Ten-plus days we expected to be gone.
