Angela Giles Klocke » Southern Colorado Writer & Photographer

  • Welcome to my personal blog…

When I die I hope they say, “She sure lived and loved each day.”

I am a God-loving wife of 1 (I'm all New Testament like that), mom of 3+, and a full-time student, writer, and photographer. I live my life in Colorado, surrounded by love and smiles and family and friends - and cameras and books.

The purpose of my blog is to celebrate life - mine and yours. Obviously it focuses on mine and those around me, but I hope that in sharing my life (through words and pictures), you will be moved or inspired or just want to laugh.

    Thriving is my thing!

Before I…

Randomness

Conversation with eldest – Me: I delivered to your complex tonight and was hoping to see you. Alas, then I realized you moved and then I was sad. Him: Oh yeah? Well, I had a dream just now that you died and I was sad. I win. Me: Wow. Well, were you JUST sad, or…

The calm before the storm

It’s 6:30 in the morning. The kidlings don’t have school, there is fresh snow on the ground, and I’m getting ready to head out for my usual Tuesday Thing. Yesterday, I spent much of the day wrapped in my electric blanket, reading, sometimes just staring off into space, thinking about how it was the last…
