But I shot her. (Oh, ha ha ha, I’m so so so funny. That joke never gets old. HA HA HA…. Now that I’ve reflected on 2010, I want to look forward to 2011. One day as I scribbled notes about my business, I stopped, stared out the window for a moment, and then jotted: Onward and Upward I realized that is my theme for 2011. What does it mean? In 2010, my theme was JUST… Because life speeds up and slows down at the same time… Because the holidays aren’t about posting on my blog… Because I would rather turn off my computer and plug into life more… Because there are children to hang out with… Because there is a husband to kiss under the mistletoe (note to self: find… Back in June, I entered a fun little contest over at Secret Agent Mama and I won! And what I won was a very cool camera strap from HighKey Camera Straps. I’ve been meaning to share a picture of it for a while now, and I was reminded to do so after a recent trip… I did not write a post for today. Today is empty. Oh, wait, there’s this: Actually, we should be home by today. And then I’ll want to write a new post and share at least one of the hundreds of photos I know I will have taken. Anyway, nothing to see here right now. Unless… Brittney is a very special friend of mine, but she actually appears here now as a COMING SOON announcement that I will be sharing her inspiring story on “when i was 13.” We recently met up to talk about her life thus far as a young mom and she absolutely inspired me – I know… I’m super excited that my photography business idea is coming together (a lot more behind the scenes than in front of).
