When I die I hope they say, “She sure lived and loved each day.”

-Me

These words came to me as I decided which photos I wanted to share today. Let them be my daily theme. I hope you live and love your life each day, too.

If you’re not living and loving your life, take a turn, change your mind, journey down a new path…

I looked up two quotes from one of my favorite movies, Last Holiday. If you’ve not seen it, the main character, Georgia Byrd, had been diagnosed with a fatal diseased and told she only had maybe three weeks to live, so she took all her money and went on an adventure to do some things she had in her ‘possibilities’ book. If you haven’t seen it, allow me to encourage you to watch it! I’ve seen it over and over.

QUOTES:

Next time… we will laugh more, we’ll love more; we just won’t be so afraid.

I would like to be cremated. I spent my whole life in a box. I don’t want to be buried in one.

I love that, Shirley. I added the movie to my list, too. Looks like a remake of an older film that featured George, not Georgia. Interesting to compare the two, perhaps. :)

Oh, if only we had an opportunity like Last Holiday without the three weeks to live part.

That path makes me feel like doing cartwheels down it, and I never was good at cartwheels.

Just make sure you don’t cartwheel off or you’ll be in the muck! :D
